Returns in store and online
Change of Mind Returns
“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error eg. accidentally ordered the wrong size, items that don’t fit.
We will accept change of mind returns provided they meet the following guidelines:
✔ The buyer must Return item to us within 30 days
✔ Return with proof of purchase
✔ Item must be in original condition or a refurbishing fee may be charged for damaged
✘ No returns on custom built/made to order propellers eg. (Left Hand Rotation)
Faulty Product Returns
If something is found to be faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Once the returns policy has been met, we’ll offer an exchange or refund on the spot.
Exchanges for the same item in a different size will incur a freight charge. If the new item is a different product (including a different material or band) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund. Please package your propeller in its original box to protect it from damage during transit. If you do not have the original box, please use another suitable box and padding to protect from damage. We ask you to please wash your propeller in fresh water and dry before packaging. Returned items that are damaged, unwashed, or salty may incur a cleaning or repolishing fee.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method so if you paid cash we can offer a cash refund. If you paid using a card, please bring the same card with you as we will refund back to your card.
